B) Die casting forms Al₂O₃ and SiO₂ , a protection coat, which is wear and corrosion resistant;

C) 730℃ liquid aluminum is die casted by 800T die-casting machine in one step. The steel pipe and die-casting aluminum is compressed tightly. The radiator can be applied for different water quality;
 D) The surface is treated by electrostatic spray with epoxy resin and then dried at 190 -200℃for twice. Thus a smooth, durable and bright surface without hazardous substance is formed.
